FAQs

What is your return policy?

If you decide to return or exchange the item, it should be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt - Items received outside of this period will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE:

Earrings are non-refundable or exchangeable for hygienic reasons unless faulty.

We do not accept final sale items

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning them to us.

Items must be in the original condition as purchased with all labels/tickets/packaging attached and items that have never been worn or used.

FAULTY ITEMS:

If your item is faulty, please contact us immediately as you discover the fault.

Once we have received the item we will repair, exchange or refund the item, at our discretion, within 5 days of receipt.

If the item is faulty we will refund you the costs of returning the item and cover all shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item.

Do you sell gift cards?

At the moment No,  but I  will look into having this option avalible some time next year.

What are the payment options?

Credit card payments.
